What our clients are saying

Simply the best- Buying a house is very scary and stressful but when me and my fiancé meant Kristin She made all those feelings go away she is so knowledgeable in this field her communication is spot on always keeping us in the loop and getting a hold of her was so easy. I was pregnant at the time we let her know our goal of buying a home before baby comes. Within months she found us a house I can’t tell you how hard she worked for this deal to go through and because of her we got to bring our beautiful baby boy home to our dream home. My fiancé and I highly recommend Kristin She goes above and beyond she truly is the best we cannot thank her enough.

...I was referred to Kristin. I knew she was a perfect fit within the first 5 minutes of our conversation Kristin was always available throughout the entire process and made me a top priority. She was extremely caring and attentive to my needs and desires. Always honest and had my best interest at heart. She went above and beyond being a liaison between the lender and the escrow company ensuring all deliverable s were met to keep my deal on track. Excellent in negotiating terms with the seller on my behalf. Truly someone you can trust and it didn't feel like it was just another deal to close I truly gained an exceptional realtor and a great friend I recommend Kristin to anyone. The best experience I have ever had...

Very professional, we needed an agent to push what we perceived as week agents representing sellers of other various properties we were pursuing. Kristen excelled in all aspects of her job, even took the extra step to handle work of other agents to get the deal done. Highly recommend, you cannot go wrong using Kristen with her professionalism, enthusiasm, and expertise.

~ Steve Nelson

Kristin provided the best cust. serv. I have ever had in any transaction big or small in my life. She was extremely friendly and professional and knew so much about the area. My Spouse and I decided that she was so proactive, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and easy to talk to that she was the realtor for us. There were times that her and I ran to look at properties within the next few hours after having them pop up on MLS. Kristin immediately knew what my Spouse and I liked and what our preferences were and it was in no time that she found the home that we ultimately purchased. The srvc didn't just stop at submitting an offer for us. Kristin kept me updated every day on what was happening. She practically single handedly got the condo complex FHA approved so that my spouse and I could buy the home we wanted. She talked to me when I had questions about loan documents at odd hours of the day to make sure I was feeling good about the information.
